Return Process

  Securely pack the unused tools in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Service Center

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery to our warehouse.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the tool's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
